What I offer

You need a safe way to disrupt the stress loop that’s been keeping you stuck—and a way to release the emotional charge behind the patterns you're ready to let go of.


That’s what EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), also called “tapping,” helps you do.

So… What Is Tapping?

EFT is a somatic, mind-body technique that combines:


  • Gentle tapping on acupressure points (rooted in Chinese medicine)
     
  • Simple spoken phrases that help you tune into what you’re feeling
     
  • A calming, regulated nervous system response that allows healing to happen
     

It works by sending signals of safety to your body and brain—interrupting fight-or-flight responses, helping stuck emotions release, and creating space for clarity, relief, and real change.


No reliving trauma. No forced positivity. Just real emotional alchemy, one tap at a time.

How Can It Help?

EFT works at the root of stress, fear, and stuck patterns—because it calms the nervous system first. Once the body feels safe, the mind can follow.


Tapping has been studied and shown to:


  • Reduce cortisol (your stress hormone)
     
  • Shift brainwave activity into a calmer, more receptive state
     
  • Improve emotional regulation and resilience
     
  • Promote a sense of grounded, embodied peace
     

What Can EFT Support?

EFT doesn’t treat symptoms—it treats you at the source: the emotional, energetic, and nervous system level.

Why It Works (When Nothing Else Has)

When we’ve been stuck in survival mode—hypervigilant, anxious, reactive, shut down—it’s almost impossible to think clearly, make aligned choices, or break free from old loops.


EFT gives you a way back to safety… and from there, anything becomes possible.


You don’t have to push through anymore.
You don’t have to relive the pain to release it.
You just have to feel safe enough for your system to shift—and that’s what EFT helps create.

My Approach

I’m trauma-informed and client-led, which means:


  • You stay in control the whole time.
     
  • We go gently—there’s no need to “dig” or retraumatize.
     
  • You’ll learn tools you can use outside our sessions, too.
     

Each session is a chance to listen inward, build safety, and shift from survival to self-trust.
